two tracked options, both priced with vat already in them, both leaving from the united kingdom. what you see at the checkout is what you pay.

The two options

Standard

£4.95

tracked, three to five working days

free on orders of £100.00 or more. the threshold is measured on the goods in your basket, before delivery is added and after any discount.

Express

£9.95

tracked, next working day on orders placed before 2pm

charged on every order, whatever the basket is worth.

working days are monday to friday and do not include bank holidays. an express order placed after 2pm, or at a weekend, is picked on the next working day.

we do not promise a delivery date at the checkout, because we do not control the carrier. what we control is the day your parcel leaves us, and that is the day we tell you about.

if your basket is close to £100.00, the basket page shows you how far off free standard delivery you are before you commit to anything.

Where we deliver

addresses in the united kingdom only. that includes england, scotland, wales and northern ireland.

we do not deliver to Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man. the channel islands and the isle of man sit outside the uk vat area and are separate customs territories, so a parcel sent there needs import paperwork we are not set up to produce. an order to one of those addresses is refused at the checkout rather than taken and then cancelled.

we do not ship outside the united kingdom at all yet. if that changes it will be announced on the site, not quietly switched on.

When something goes wrong

if a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we will deal with the carrier ourselves. the contract for delivery is between us and them, not between you and them, so chasing it is our job.

goods travel at our risk until they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you nominated to receive them.
